As a user experience (UX) designer, product designer, design leader, business analyst, and product manager, I've been working with agile software development teams to deliver world-class digital products for over 15 years, at companies including JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Fidelity Investments, and The Economist.
I'm a full-stack product designer with experience at every stage of the design process, including discovery, strategy/planning, research, ideation, validation/testing, and implementation. In my various roles I've collaborated extensively with other designers, content specialists, product managers, engineers, executives, and other stakeholders.
My skill set includes quantitative and qualitative research, interaction design, information architecture, data analysis, UX writing, visual design, design systems, rapid prototyping, and more.
Since 2015, I’ve been designing for complex, data-driven financial applications, including SaaS and B2B products utilizing data visualizations, tabular data displays, data queries, information dashboards, etc.
I’m also a data nerd, and enjoy exploring large datasets in spreadsheets and SQL to discover user and business insights, as well as creating analysis documents for product strategy and design planning.
The jobs I’ve enjoyed the most were ones where designers were fully integrated with engineering and product as a cohesive delivery team. I like to think of myself as a “developer’s designer,” meaning I’m there to support the developers and give them the information they need to do their best work.
